You start with an assessment

Before anything else we find out what you can already do. There is no point teaching you something you know, and no point starting past where you are.
You learn on real systems
not slide decks
We build HR, invoicing and training software, and we run those systems ourselves. You learn on that kind of work. It is the sort of thing a company would actually pay someone to build.
You hand in work
the part that counts
You build something and submit it. Not a quiz. Not a multiple choice test at the end of a video.
A senior engineer reads it
a person, not a score
Someone experienced opens your work and writes back about it. What is good, what is wrong, and what to do next. This is the part most courses leave out, and it is the part that changes how you work.
You end up with proof

A certificate says you turned up. Work an employer can open says far more. The aim is that you leave with both.
Why it is set up this way
Three things that make it harder, on purpose
We are not a course company
We are a software company that trains people. The work you learn on is the work we do for clients. That is why it looks like a job rather than a syllabus.
You pass by building
Somebody senior reads what you built and marks it. That is the whole test, so the work you do is the work that counts.
Small numbers, on purpose
Marking real work properly takes a senior engineer real time. That limits how many people we take at once, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.

What finishing actually opens
The course is the entry point to the rest of it. Two things follow from finishing, and both depend on work somebody senior has read.
AI Fluency
Three tiers, priced and dated, taught live in a small batch. Each one shows its length, its sessions and what you finish with.
Jobs and internships
Paid internships on live deliverables, up to ten places a month. The course is one of the three routes in, and places go to the strongest work in the cohort.
