What a number means here
Pricing, with the boundaries attached
A price without a scope is a guess. Every figure here says what it covers and what it does not. That is the only way a fixed number means anything.

Three steps
How this works
You pay nothing until you have our written answer in hand, and have decided you want to go further.
Step 1
Free
The call
Thirty minutes on what you want to fix. We tell you what could be automated, what should not be, and what it would take. No charge, and it may end with us saying do nothing.
Step 2
₹10,000
Scoping and commitment
A paid piece of work that produces a written scope. What is included, what is not, the delivery date, and the price of the build. Paying for it is what makes it a commitment rather than a chat.
Step 3
Quoted
The build
Priced against the scope you agreed in step two, then built and handed over. You know the number and the date before this starts.
₹10,000 is the scoping and commitment fee. It covers the paid scoping engagement, where your build is specified in writing and priced. The build itself is quoted at the end of that engagement. Working sessions before it are free. How pricing works.
By service
Step two costs the same whatever you are building, so it is not a column below. What changes between these is whether something already runs behind it, and how long the build takes. Corporate training is the exception. It is priced per team, and measured against where your team started.
| Service | Evidence | Timeline |
|---|---|---|
| AI and automation | Built to order | 4 weeks |
| Corporate training | Built to order | 8 weeks |
| ERP systems | Delivered | 4 weeks |
| CRM systems | Built to order | 4 weeks |
| HR management systems | Running system | 4 weeks |
| Learning & training platforms | Running system | 4 weeks |
| Website development | Running system | 4 weeks |
| Mobile apps | Built to order | 4 weeks |
| Marketing | Delivered | 4 weeks |
| Analysis and reporting | Delivered | 4 weeks |
| Integration | Running system | 4 weeks |
| Support and maintenance | Delivered | 2 weeks |
Four weeks covers a first working version, agreed in writing before we start. Very large programmes, work spanning many systems, and moving data out of software that cannot export it are all priced separately. Read what four weeks includes.
The obvious omission
Why the build has no headline price
Because it would be a guess. What a build costs depends on the scope agreed in step two. Quoting before that is how projects get repriced halfway through. Step two buys the work that makes a real number possible.
Payment terms, and what the scoping fee covers, are in our terms.
Next step
Book a call
Pick a time that suits you — 30 minutes, free, no obligation. You get a straight answer on whether your idea is worth building, and if it is, a scope, a date and a number. If you would rather we rang you, leave your details instead.
