• Corporate Training: Comprehensive AI training programs for teams and organizations.
• Hands-on Learning: Personalized 1-on-1 AI training sessions for individual learners.
• Partnership Programs: Collaborative opportunities for organizations to work with us on AI initiatives.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to affected users.

When you create an account or book a service with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security breaches
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed

Refund Policy

• Consultation Sessions: Full refund if cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled session, or if you're not satisfied within 24 hours of completion
• Training Programs: Refunds available up to 7 days before the program start date
• Project Engagements: Subject to individual contract terms with milestone-based payments

All content, materials, methodologies, and deliverables created by Thinqmesh Technologies Private Limited, India remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Training Materials: Materials provided during training sessions are for personal or internal organizational use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without our prior written consent.

Custom Solutions: Intellectual property rights for custom AI solutions are defined in individual project agreements. Typically, clients receive full ownership of custom code developed specifically for their use.

Your Content: You retain all rights to your data, documents, and materials shared with us during engagements.

We are committed to protecting your confidential information. All business information, data, and materials shared with us during engagements will be treated as confidential.

We agree to:

• Use your confidential information solely for the purpose of providing our services
• Not disclose your information to third parties without your consent
• Implement appropriate security measures to protect your data
• Sign additional NDAs upon request for sensitive engagements

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thinqmesh Technologies Private Limited, India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results from AI implementations. All projections and estimates provided are based on our professional judgment and available information but are not guarantees.

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement.

We may immediately terminate or suspend access to our services if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful, fraudulent, or illegal activities.

Upon termination, you will receive any deliverables completed up to the termination date, subject to payment for work performed.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

For international clients, we may agree to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms as specified in individual service agreements.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable laws. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
